Adding a New Client

This step-by-step guide walks you through efficiently incorporating new clients into your workflow.

1: We will show you how to select the correct flow to add a new client.
2: You may add only the basic required details to expedite the task creation and return later to add additional information.
3: Also add notes that are related to the client. The notes remain on file with the client the next time you create a new job for a specific client.
4: The client’s billing details are copied as the billing details by default. You have the option to change and add alternative information.
5: Adding the client’s address is a breeze, as the address autocompletes via our navigation section. If the address is not in the navigation database, you can manually add the address in the custom name field.
6: Name the address in the custom field or add additional details.
7: Both the billing and property fields have notes sections where you can add specific notes related to this section.

8: Save the details, and you are ready to create jobs and assign tasks to technicians.

9: Searching for a client is done via the global or client search bar. Enter the client’s or part of the name, and the results will show.

It has never been easier to add and edit client details. You can access the details from any connected device in less than 3 minutes. The next tutorial will address adding several properties to a client and property contact details for a specific property.
